Wednesday, May 6, PM. Try restoring your pc back to before you installed Office and then install office again and then disable Microsoft updates. Then Try to restart and see if that works When i use another connection this is trough a proxy server like another wifi hotspot the problem dissapears.

Best regards. I too am having this problem. I have a fresh install of Win7 bit behind a proxy. The only apparent difference is that I am on a domain. I can access the internet with no issues, but I still have a No Internet Access warning.
