This is known to solve this problem when notihng else will. But remember that Factory or Upgrade installs are inferior installs which most enthusiasts won't even run because they'd expect endless issues.

In reply to Andre Da Costa's post on February 17, Hey Andre, I forgot to add, yes, I did swap out all the ram and swapping all the banks, and I also did recheck all the connections to see if they where all fitted snug. In reply to A. User's post on February 17, Its not the recommendation you likely want to hear, but it looks like you will need to perform a custom install. Go to a working computer, download, create a bootable copy, then perform a clean install.
